Nneka is a nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience driving organizational growth, strengthening governance, and building high-performing teams. Throughout her career, she has helped mission-driven organizations expand their impact by leading complex strategic initiatives, optimizing resource development, and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Most recently, Nneka served as Chief Operating Officer for Americans for Ben-Gurion University, where she oversaw organizational operations and led key strategic initiatives to support long-term growth and sustainability. This included directing the U.S. strategy and planning for a $1 billion global comprehensive campaign. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at JEWISHcolorado.
Born and raised in Denver, Nneka is deeply engaged in her community. She currently serves as Board Chair of the Colorado High School Charter and as a member of the Board of Directors for Black Resilience in Colorado (BRIC). She is also a co-founder of SPIN (Sisterhood of Philanthropists Impacting Needs), a giving circle that brings women together to pool their resources and create opportunities for other marginalized women and girls.
Nneka has a BS in Marketing from Metropolitan State University. She is a graduate of Leadership Denver (2017), a program of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, and Chamber Connect (2013), a program of the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado.
