Natalia brings over seven years of experience in event strategy, patron engagement, and experiential design across the nonprofit, hospitality, corporate, education, and cultural sectors. Known for her calm leadership, creative problem-solving, and people-first approach, she is passionate about creating events that are thoughtfully executed, community-centered, and designed to deepen relationships and inspire action.
As an immigrant and a woman, Natalia brings a deep, personal understanding of the barriers many communities face. Her commitment to service is rooted in lived experience, and she is especially passionate about advancing healthcare equity at a time when it matters most. In her role as Senior Coordinator of Special Events at the Denver Health Foundation, she leads the planning and execution of impactful donor and community events that support the Foundation’s mission.
A bilingual professional, Natalia is dedicated to meaningful community engagement and mission-driven storytelling. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Design with a certificate in Technology, Arts & Media from the University of Colorado Boulder.
