Magda brings more than 20 years of fundraising experience across the health care, higher education, and community development sectors to her role. She has led teams in developing new programs, launched donor societies, and managed successful capital campaigns for new facilities. She has also been part of executive leadership teams for billion-dollar-plus campaigns. In her most recent role at Texas Children’s Hospital, she built the organization’s first corporate and foundation-focused fundraising team and secured multi-year corporate philanthropic support, including a $4.8 million gift to expand behavioral health programs.
A native Texan, Magda earned a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. She recently relocated to Denver with her family and looks forward to exploring the natural beauty of Colorado. Magda joined Denver Health Foundation in January 2025.
