Joslin Coggan brings a dedicated background in global public health to her role as Senior Philanthropy Coordinator at the Denver Health Foundation. In previous roles, she supported large-scale fundraising initiatives for international development projects focused on strengthening health systems and expanding access to care for underserved communities. Her experience includes work with international NGOs and development contractors, where she coordinated global health portfolios and institutional fundraising efforts. Before joining the Foundation, Joslin conducted healthcare access research in rural Mexico, examining barriers to care among indigenous communities. Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Joslin holds a Master of Science in Global Health from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in Global Health and Political Science from Duke University. She joined the Foundation in October 2025 and is excited to bring her global perspective on delivering high-quality and equitable care home to Colorado. Outside of work, Joslin enjoys whitewater kayaking and skiing.
