Brooke Tomiello

Administrative Manager

Brooke brings nearly a decade of experience supporting healthcare systems and nonprofits, with a background rooted in the arts. Known for her calm, organized approach, she has a talent for synthesizing information from many directions and channeling it toward a clear mission, a skill honed across nine years of executive support, project management, and operations work.

Brooke began her career at Centura Health before joining Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation, where she served as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and eventually as Senior Coordinator of Operations. There she developed a deep appreciation for the role philanthropy plays in sustaining mission-driven healthcare, while also stepping into project leadership, operational framework building, and initiatives that extended beyond traditional executive support. Alongside her healthcare career, she spent nearly a decade directing a Denver art gallery, an experience that sharpened her belief that meaningful work requires equity, context, and human connection.

As Administrative Manager at Denver Health Foundation, Brooke supports the Executive Director and leads special projects in service of the Foundation’s mission to build a healthier Denver for all.

Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual and Critical Studies from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, biking, spending time in nature with her dog Ruby, and recently took up glassblowing.
