Molly Yost is an Advisor at Mile High United Way, helping lead government, foundation, and corporate grant proposals and fundraising efforts. She previously served as the organization’s Sr. Director of Early Childhood Initiatives, where she led a $25M effort focused on improving outcomes for young children and their families across the Denver metro area. Molly brings over a decade of experience in early childhood systems, public policy, philanthropy, and cross-sector collaboration to advance impactful, community-driven programs. Molly is passionate about community engagement and serves on the board of the Luminary Learning Network, the PBS12 Community Advisory Board, and is a proud member of the Denver Health Foundation’s Gala Sales Committee; she is also a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Impact Denver Program. When she’s not coaching 2nd Grade Destination Imagination or fulfilling room parent responsibilities, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Josh, and two energetic boys (ages 4 and 7).
