Auna is the Director of Business Development at Denver Magazine, a monthly lifestyle magazine devoted to the region's culture, politics, sports, dining scene, fashion and more.  She began there as a Junior Editor in October 1997 and was promoted to her current position in March 2009.  She has written numerous articles on subjects ranging from Living Single to Race For the Cure.  She is also a blogger and tweeter, providing commentaries on identity theft and the world’s dangerous animals.  Previously, Auna was an Intern at 5280 Magazine from June 2007 to September 2007.  She attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.  Her interests include many philanthropic activities that benefit the community, including the Colorado Ballet and the Level One Society.  She also enjoys golf and fantasy football.  She has been instrumental in the recent success of the Level One Society achieving its fundraising goals for Denver Health’s Children and Adolescent Psychiatric Unit.  Auna wishes to continue to contribute to these efforts by joining the board of Level One Society.
