The Level One Society was established in 2006 as an affiliated Board to the Denver Health Foundation.  The mission of the Level One Society is to build community around Denver Health to raise awareness and develop resources through outreach, advocacy and expansion of the donor base.  The vision of the Level One Society is to "build community" around Denver Health. This community will serve as the foundation for outreach, education and the growth of philanthropy needed to support Denver Health.

A very committed and active Board of Directors and numerous committee members are currently committed to raising awareness and funds for Beyond the Stigma campaign.  The Level One Society hosts at least two "TOAST! to Denver's Health" events every year, among other special events, to raise awareness and financial support for the Society's current campaign.  The Level One Society recently completed raising awareness and $371,000 in funds for The Pavilion Project.
